When you have a limited budget for marketing, it’s better to allocate it to something that already works. This is perfect especially for fitness business owners who don’t have the time to work on a big marketing strategy (who does?).

- Take note
List down all marketing funnels where your current members came from.
- Improve existing marketing funnels
Once you’ve figured out all marketing channels, come up with ways to improve them. For example, if most of your sales came from a slogan you have put out, try to improve your slogan and put it in new locations.
- Make time for marketing
Allocate enough time to work on marketing for your fitness business. The good thing about this though, is that you already know it works so now you’re just working on making it better.
